The Park Tower Knightsbridge are proud to announce that their talented pastry chef, Dominic Bhora of The Park Tower Knightsbridge, has recently showcased his incredible skill and passion on the iconic television competition The Great British Bake Off. 

His participation marks a proud moment for the team and celebrates over 21 years of dedication to pastry excellence at the hotel. Chef Dominic together with Dushantha Manikpura, Pastry Sous Chef at Marriott Park Lane, were the Marriott International duo competing against some of the UK’s finest pastry talent.

Chef Dominic has been a cornerstone of The Park Tower’s patisserie experience since joining. Over the past two decades, he has crafted stunning pastries, desserts, and sweet delicacies that have delighted guests from around the world. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and creative flair, Chef Dominic’s work blends timeless elegance with modern innovation.

Guests can experience the full expression of his talent in the signature Afternoon Tea experience currently the Tea at the Tower. Inspired by the iconic hotel, which majestically resembles a tower, and its unique location next to Hyde Park, this elevated experience promises to captivate all your senses.

Served daily in an elegant lounge, this cherished tradition features freshly baked scones, delicate finger sandwiches, and an exquisite selection of handcrafted pastries, all curated by Chef Dominic himself. Seasonal highlights include the return of the much-loved choux pastry swans, inspired by our Hyde Park surroundings and now filled with rich Bourbon vanilla-infused cream, a treat as elegant as it is indulgent.

New to the menu is a vibrant mango and orange tart, capturing the essence of spring and summer with orange curd made from breakfast juice residue, reflecting our commitment to reducing food waste. Also making their debut are matcha shortbread cookies topped with chocolate caramel teapots, offering a beautifully balanced bite of earthiness and sweetness.
