This collaboration brings together the creativity of Hannah Lim and the culinary expertise of our Executive Pastry Chef, Salvatore Mungiovino. 

The new Afternoon Tea menu captivates a delightful fusion of Asian and European flavours, that reflect both the heritage of Italy and the whimsical artistry of Hannah’s creations. 
From black sesame and jasmine tea to cocoa, caramel and vanilla mascarpone, each jewel-like pastry delights the senses with colour, texture and taste.
