Inspired by Italy’s timeless tradition of relaxed, elegant gatherings, il Pampero’s Italian-style afternoon tea, Dolci Momenti, is available Thursday to Sunday throughout their stylish restaurant.

For the savouries, indulge in freshly baked focaccia with 24-month Parma ham, stracciatella and balsamic or crab and salmon roulade served crème fraiche before enjoying the sweet treats, including Tiramichoux, with mascarpone cream and an espresso glaze or sweetened ricotta cannoli with chocolate and candied orange. In addition, The Dolci Momenti Afternoon Tea will be accompanied by a refined tea selection from JING Tea, bean to cup coffee from Illy and Champagne from Moët & Chandon.
