An array of exquisite pastries by award-winning Pastry Chef Michael Kwan are inspired by seasonal flavours, with creations like an Easter inspired chocolate chick with hazelnut crunchy and vanilla bavarois and pistachio cake with raspberry compote and pistachio praline. Guests can select from an exceptional range of rare teas exclusive to The Dorchester to complement the flavors.
