Join us for a unique Afternoon Tea Week event, hosted in one of The Rubens' elegant private rooms, where Dan from PMD Tea and Pastry Chef Sarah Houghting will guide you through an indulgent afternoon celebrating the art of tea and patisserie.
Enjoy our classic Afternoon Tea menu enhanced with exclusive elements, including a special savoury addition and a handcrafted ice cream course. Dan will share insights into the world of fine tea, while Sarah presents her inspired creations — bringing flavour, technique, and storytelling to the table.

The Tea's are supplied by PMD Teas: P.M. DAVID SILVA & SONS was established in 1945 during the Plantation Raj in Ceylon's world-famous Dimbula Valley, and they have developed a reputation for serving the world's most sought-after teas that are hand plucked and ethically sourced. The Rubens at The Palace hotel is now serving an exquisite £500 pot of Golden Tips Tea.
