The elegant Afternoon Tea is served in the equally divine Brasserie, offering the perfect place to relax and socialise in style. Its Georgian architecture, original artwork and wine wall ensure guests feel fine dining elegance, while enjoying their Afternoon Tea service.

The menu offers a wide selection of specially blended teas from around the world including signature Gainsborough blend, delicate finger sandwiches, hot savoury treats, miniature pastries and warm scones served with clotted cream and homemade jams.

Outside the beautiful archways and architecture of the main hotel and spa, the venue is surrounded by an abundance of historical avenues that fuse with modern developments of the city. This makes walking and exploring vital for customers before or after enjoying Afternoon Tea at the Gainsborough.

The establishment is a 10-minute walk from the Bath Spa Station.
